Each spring, Crime Stoppers of York Region hosts its Appreciation Gala at York Regional Police Headquarters to celebrate the partnerships that power our mission. The evening brings together community volunteers, media allies, corporate supporters, and members of York Regional Police— including the Executive Leadership Team—alongside our Board to share a meal, connect, and recognize collective impact.

Awards highlight the many ways collaboration drives results: community members who give their time at Crime Stoppers events; media partners who amplify public safety messages; corporate partners whose generosity sustains outreach and innovation; and York Regional Police officers and units who transform anonymous tips into meaningful arrests, charges, seizures, and safer neighbourhoods.

More than a dinner, the Gala is a thank-you to our partners and a reminder that Crime Stoppers succeeds when our community, media, business leaders, and law enforcement work together.
