On Saturday, January 2, 2010, at approximately 11:00 p.m., two male suspects entered George’s Convenience located at 110 Ansley Grove Road in the City of Vaughan through the front door. One suspect, armed with a handgun, approached the employee and forced him to empty the contents of the cash register into garbage bags. The second suspect, armed with a sawed-off shotgun, stood by the door and kept watch. One customer entered the store while the robbery was in progress but was not injured. It is believed the suspects then fled in an unknown direction on foot.

The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of being struck by one suspect.

SUSPECTS #1 DESCRIPTION:
• Male, black, 20 to 30 years, 6’, large build
• Wearing a black ski mask, clear swimming goggles, black pants, a green jacket, gloves and a hooded sweater, Armed with a silver handgun

SUSPECTS #2 DESCRIPTION:
• Male, black, 20 to 30 years, 5’6’’, average build
• Wearing a black ski mask, gloves, a blue baseball cap and a hooded sweater, armed with a sawed-off shotgun
