On Saturday, December 26th, 2009 the suspect attended the Longo’s grocery store located at 98 Copper Creek Drive in the Town of Markham. While inside the store, he selected 12 cans of baby formula and attempted to pay for them with a counterfeit $100 American bill. The counterfeit bill was rejected which prompted the suspect to walk out of the store quickly without paying for the baby formula. Once outside, he boarded the suspect vehicle and was driven away.

2007 Pontiac, G6, White, 4 door, licence plate # BBJN076
