On Friday, December 11th, 2009 at 2:40 p.m. the victim was at a fast food restaurant in the Promenade Mall located on Bathurst Street in the City of Vaughan. While paying for her food a bag dropped. She bent down to pick it up at which time an unknown suspect removed her wallet that was on the counter without her realizing it. Later that day the victim went to pay for another purchase and realized her wallet was missing. Suspects have been captured on surveillance cameras and they made withdrawals from the victim’s bank account.
