On Tuesday, December 1st, 2009 the victim attended Food Basics located at 2900 Steeles Avenue East in the Town of Markham. At this time, the victim was distracted and her wallet removed from her purse. The suspects left the store and attended the TD Canada Trust located at 7080 Warden Avenue at 11:29 am. They attempted to use the victims debit card at the ATM machine but were unsuccessful. The suspects were captured in the act on video surveillance.
