On Tuesday, December 1st, 2009 at approximately 11:00 a.m. a lone male suspect entered the Toppers Pizza Store located at 15531 Yonge Street in the Town of Aurora. The suspect attended the front counter and pointed a sawed off shotgun at the employee. The employee fled to the rear of the store and the suspect exited the store empty handed.

SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION:
Male, White, 18 - 24 years of age, 5’10” - 6’2”, 150 - 180 lbs., wearing a grey coat with black leather sleeves with an unknown design on back, a black hooded sweatshirt underneath, black pants, white running shoes and a dark bandana covering his mouth and nose. Investigators are seeking information in identifying the unknown design on the suspects jacket.
