On Monday, November 23rd, 2009 at 6:46pm the lone suspect attended the Stop Ticket Shop lottery kiosk in the middle of the Market Village Mall located at Kennedy Road and Steeles Avenue in the Town of Markham. Money was demanded but the suspect left without obtaining any money as a cash drop had just been made. He was captured on video leaving in the below pictured vehicle.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Male, Asian, 45-55 years of age, 150 lbs., with a medium build, short black hair, clean shaven wearing a blue/ white baseball hat and a black coat.
