On Wednesday, November 18th, 2009 at 7:55PM the male suspect was riding on a York Region Transit bus on Yonge Street in the Town of Richmond Hill. When the suspect went to exit the bus at the Crosby Avenue stop the punched the bus driver in the face for no apparent reason. The suspect was captured on bus surveillance video and was last seen running eastbound through the LCBO parking lot and along Crosby Avenue. The bus driver suffered minor injuries as a result of the assault.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Male, Milato, approximately 20-30 years of age, 6’, black stubble shaved head, brown eyes, wearing a tan coloured winter jacket and a black t-shirt.
