On Sunday, November 1st, 2009 the female suspect attended the pharmacy at the Metro Store located at 9200 Weston Road in the City of Vaughan. The female suspect purchased the drug oxycotin by using a fraudulent prescription. Investigation revealed, that on the same day the female suspect had also attempted to hand over a fraudulent prescription for the same drug to the pharmacist at the Pharma Plus Store located at 9205 Weston Road in the City of Vaughan.

SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION:
Female, white, 20 -28 years of age, 5’4”, 119 lbs., long brown hair, acne on her chin, wearing a white jacket, blue jeans, a dark coloured sweater. She was carrying a black purse.
