On Sunday, November 1st, 2009 at approximately 2:00 am, the victim and his friend were walking northbound on Dalton Road approaching Metro Road in the Town of Georgina after leaving a Halloween party at the Wild Wing restaurant. The victim was wearing a jester costume and his friend was wearing a superman costume. The victim crossed the road at which point he was approached from behind by four white males. One of the males punched the victim in the jaw breaking it in two places. The punch caused the victim to fall to the ground. After he fell to the ground he was almost run over by an oncoming dark blue or black car with round headlights.
SUSPECTS DESCRIPTION:
Suspect 1: White male, 5'10", medium build, shaggy straight messy hair wearing grey pants.
Suspect 2: White male, average size, dark short hair.
Suspect 3: White male, tall guy, goatee shaved head.
Suspect 4: White male, short, wearing white top with regular hair cut.
