On the 9th of September 2009, the suspect attended the Bank of Montreal located at 8400 Jane Street in the City of Vaughan. While there the suspect attempted to make a cash advance with a Canadian Tire MasterCard. The suspect was advised that two pieces of identification were required. The suspect presented a Social Insurance Card as well as a Driver's Licence. When Bank officials started to investigate the identification the suspect became nervous and left the scene.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Male, black, approx 26 years of age, 5'9”, black hair wearing an orange t-shirt.
