On July 10th, 2009 at 7:43pm, a male attended the gas station at 21 Innovation Drive in the City of Vaughan. The suspect exited his black Toyota Matrix through the rear passenger door then pumped $25.00 worth of gas. He then enters the vehicle through the left passenger door and drives off without paying. The plate used was stolen from the City of Toronto.

SUSPECT DESCRIPTION:
Male white, brown hair, wearing a blue Los Angeles Dodgers baseball shirt, beige shorts and white running shoes

SUSPECT VEHICLE:
A black Toyota Matrix with stolen licence plate # AWAA695
