On Tuesday, January 12th, 2010 a male suspect attended Elder Mills Public School in the City of Vaughan after school hours. The suspect told a teacher he was with the water company and wanted to speak with the caretaker. The caretaker was also told the suspect was from the water company and there to check the water meters. The caretaker did not allow him to check the meters but allowed the suspect to use an employee bathroom. The suspect left a short time later and the caretaker noticed various items missing from the bathroom including a caretaker’s uniform. There were no children in the school at the time of the incident.
