Investigators with the York Regional Police Special Victims Unit are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with three sexual assault incidents in the City of Vaughan.
On Friday, November 28, 2014, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a 15-year-old female was walking alone on Thornhill Woods Drive in Vaughan when an unknown male suspect began following her. The suspect approached the victim and grabbed her sexually without consent, then fled on foot.
On Saturday, December 13, 2014, at approximately 7:50 p.m., a 25-year-old female exited a TTC bus and was walking northbound on Bathurst Street north of Steeles Avenue in Vaughan. An unknown male suspect walked up to the victim and grabbed her sexually without her consent.
On Sunday, December 21, 2014, at approximately 11:50 p.m., a 17-year-old female was walking on Bathurst Street north of Steeles Avenue in Vaughan. An unknown male suspect approached the victim from behind and grabbed her sexually without her consent.
None of the victims were physically injured during these incidents.
Investigators believe that these incidents have been committed by the same suspect.
THE SUSPECT IS DESCRIBED AS:
Male, White, 5’6” to 5’10”, with a medium build, dark hair and wearing dark-coloured clothing.
